Justin Timsit is a hospitality and wine industry leader with over a decade of experience spanning Michelin-starred restaurants and national fine wine distribution. At Martine’s Wines, he drives strategic growth across key markets, aligning sales, marketing, and operations to expand distribution and strengthen client relationships. Previously, as Wine Director at Gramercy Tavern in New York City and Beverage Director at The Rittenhouse in Philadelphia, he built award-winning programs, trained sommelier teams, and operated at the highest level of hospitality.
Justin holds degrees in Business Economics and Entrepreneurship from UCLA, shaping his analytical approach to fine wine as both a craft and a global market. He passed the Master Sommelier Diploma Examination in 2018 and was named one of Wine & Spirits Magazine’s Best New Sommeliers of 2016, bringing a distinctive blend of economic insight, leadership, and deep expertise in European and French wines to every stage and table.
