Chef Duyen Ha is a Vietnamese-American chef and entrepreneur who was most recently featured on Season 23 of Top Chef. A graduate of FERRANDI Paris, where she finished at the top of her class, Duyen honed her culinary skills in some of the world’s most celebrated kitchens, including Arpège, Mirazur, and Frenchie.

Based in Los Angeles, Duyen is the founder of The Cuisson, a traveling culinary concept, and BONDLE, a wine company championing grower Champagne. Drawing inspiration from her Vietnamese heritage, French training, and global travels, her cooking reflects a deep appreciation for bold flavors, thoughtful technique, and genuine hospitality.
